Astronomy Delight! resort programs begin at famous Boscobel House and Gardens Restoration in the Beautiful Hudson Valley

Astronomy Delight! is pleased to announce that the famous and historic Boscobel House and Gardens Restoration located in Garrison, NY, will be offering a variety of Astronomy Delight! resort programs and offerings throughout the year.

The programs, designed for all age groups, will be observational orientated (weather permitting) and will allow visitors to the historic site to view the wonders of the universe through a variety of large telescopes and equipment. Topics ranging from the historical significance of astronomy in the Hudson Valley region, the seasonal night skies, and unique astronomical phenomena visible, will be provided under the magnificent starlit skies of the Hudson Valley Region. Indoor astronomy programs will also be scheduled.

Boscobel is situated on a bluff on the east bank of the Hudson River opposite the United States Military Academy at West Point. The house museum and surrounding grounds and gardens are situated on 45 acres. They offer thousands of visitors each year memorable views of the Hudson Highlands and the Hudson River.
